My car was serviced Saturday, August 14th. It was an old, beat up 2006 Kia Rio, only inside detail was requested. Before bringing it in , it had been sitting in a drive way for about 2 years untouched. I brought it just to see what could be done , not much hope. When I say a better job could not be done, I mean it. I honestly do not think it would be possible to get this car any cleaner than it is now. It’s like I bought it new back in 2006. Absolutely amazing work and attention to detail. He let me know before the type of material is very cheap/not the best, and it’s hard to remove stains, and he still removed almost all of them. You can tell he puts a lot of effort and time into his work. Easily 5 stars and worth every penny spent. I couldn’t have done any where near as good of a job . ~ HighNate

I’m moving across the country next week and made a last-minute decision yesterday to try to sell my car today instead of waiting. That meant I needed a high-quality full detail service—fast. I called R&J Custom Auto Detail at 8AM, and Ricardo assured me he could have it done by 11AM. He delivered exactly as promised. The service was excellent—my car hasn’t looked this clean in over a year. Ricardo also pointed out a few minor exterior imperfections like scratches, small dents, and faded paint that I should be aware of before the dealership appraisal. Thanks to his attention to detail and quick turnaround, I was able to sell my car today at the price I wanted. My car was scratched (pretty bad). I immediately started to search for an auto detailer who could try to remove the scratch. I came across R&J with good reviews. I met with Ricardo, who was honest about what he could do to remove the scratch. I decided to have my car completely detailed at the same time. Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job. The scratch was almost completely removed. The remaining scratch (that went pass the clear coat) is slightly visible (You really have to look to see it). Ricardo spent a solid 4 hours on my Prius. My car looks and smells brand new! I can’t even find the scratches that I know were there before. I also had a stubborn oil engine stain on the seat, and it’s completely removed. Best of all, those annoying water spots and tree saps are gone (watch before/after videos). Incredible workmanship and super nice guy. Will be going back. Update: I still have a big scratch way at the bottom of my front bumper which Ricardo acknowledged that he missed and said for me to bring it in and he’ll clean it up. This place is amazing! I brought my car in that has been through hell and back and R&j detailing brought it back to life. Not only is the detailing immaculate but they also specialize in mechanical repairs, tint, and body work. By the time I got my car back my car looked sparking new from the inside out with new brakes and rotors. I honestly was going to sell my car but looks like I'll be keeping it. I will be bringing all of my cars here from now on. I highly recommend this shop whether you have a luxury, sport, or lower end vehicle. They do magic! ~ Alyssa

I brought my 2007 CRV in for a full interior detail and outside wash and I was super pleased! Miguel did an amazing job and was super friendly. He brought the interior back to basically brand new condition! There was an extra fee for pet hair that I wasn't warned about when I called to get a quote (I don't have a pet but I've managed to track other people's pets' hair into my car over the years). But that's understandable considering it's pretty hard to get all hair out. I'm happy to recommend this place and I'll definitely come back in the future! ~ Annie C

I brought my 2015 Honda Accord Coupe in for an interior detail, and even though I keep my car in fairly kempt shape, I was genuinely impressed by the results. R&J Custom Auto Detail went above and beyond—getting into all the spots I never have time to clean regularly. The attention to detail was top-tier. Kind of late but last year I was moving overseas and needed my car to be cleaned for shipping. I came here last minute and they did an incredible job with my old 2004 honda. I was given compliments on the vehicle from the workers at the vpc. Interior was incredible and exterior was more than perfect. Now, I am not promising anything, but if it wasn't for this detail, it wouldn't have been valued a couple extra thousand dollars when it was being transported. If only I still has the pictures. These guys literally saved me. My cat peed on both driver and passenger seats and nothing I did worked until I found R and J Detailing. They were very friendly, thorough, and walked me through what would happen/get done and took great care towards my car while they had it. The cat pee smell in my seats is gone and they left my car really clean and spotless; it looked brand new again. 5 star 100%. Took my wife's 2021 BMW to R&J Auto detail today 4/10/21. My sister was going to be moving out of town and I wanted to detail her car before she left and decided to give this place a shot. This place went above and beyond and they even managed to get the vehicle done on the same day that I took it. The interior and exterior look brand new and I’m sure that my sister will appreciate the results. I drive Lyft and last night someone pissed in my back seat because they were so drunk and sleep. I called a couple of places and it was like 300$.I found this place and spoke to Ricardo. He came to his shop and cleaned my seat. He actually went above what I asked because I was not aware she pissed on my carpet also. His price was a blessing. I got my 16 year old a 2017 Volkswagon. It looked like a beat up 8 year old car, but after I took it to R&J it looks so much better. They did a full interior and exterior detail. They got out a bunch of scratches and the paint is so smooth and shiny now. They took years off of the car's appearance. The owner Ricardo is a super nice guy and he has been doing auto detailing since 1992 so he is restoration expert. I highly recommend R&J detailing. ~ Brent A

I picked R&J Detailing because of their ratings. My wife's car is never garaged and is subject to the weather. I also live in the local mountains. 4 seasons and I try to keep up on it but after 7 years it was in total need of a professional detailing. I am beyond happy that I chose Ricardo and his team. All I can say is WoW!!! I can' believe R&J was able to remove ALL water spots and left my car looking like brand new! I honestly didn't believe my car would look this good after the detailing service but it did! The price was very reasonable and he even gave me some tips on how to keep my car looking this good. I’m very happy with the results! They did an interior detail, exterior basic wash up, and bumper dent repair for my Murano. I bought it used in a few years ago and never had a professional detailing done since. The passenger seat was the filthiest because I’ve spilt smoothies multiple times over the years. On the rainy days or when I spill some water on the seat, it smelled rotten like straight garbage can. My Murano has the perforated leather seats, and it was impossible for me to clean it up not having any equipment to deep clean. Now it not only looks clean, but the whole cabin smells clean and shiny like new:) also, I was going to have my front bumper replaced somewhere else, but they offered to do dent repair work and it came out great! I mean I can still tell I did something to it because of the scratches but the sad huge dent is gone, and I saved a lot of money compared to replacing the whole thing so I’m happy that they were able to fix that for me. They said they do tune up services like oil changes and break service etc. They got me in quickly, whole service was speedy and communication was great. These guys did a really good job on my car, they polish it completely, it looks like it just got out of the dealership. Very good price, on time and there are proffessional when it comes to there business, I do recommend them to who ever wants to get there car polish. Great job on my Suburban! Interior was left like new as well as polish job, suprised also that engine compartment was cleaned and left spotless! I only went in for my seats since there were a few stains. After a couple hours I left with what looked like a brand new interior. The car smelled brand new and best of all the seats and floors were completely dry unlike most detailers leave them after a shampoo. I look forward to returning for the outside. ~ Logan S

These guys at R&J did a professional job on bringing back to life a 2019 Ram that came from Texas with mud stains throughout the engine compartment, under carriage, and wheel wells!! I took my Ford F-250 in to get a full detail exterior and interior. My truck was dirty and full of dog hair in the back seats from two huge huskies.
